I am a 28 year old mother, wife, daughter and friend living in Cheltenham, UK. My husband was diagnosed with chronic Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, General Anxiety Disorder, Disassociation Disorder and Depression in 2014.

Here I am sharing our experiences and hopefully help others in similar situations or to simply raise awareness of mental illness.
